Operation Schedule For Holiday Season 2018 Released by LRT-1

The Manila Light Rail Transit System 1 (LRT-1) has finally released the operation schedule for the holiday season 2018 on their stations.

Filipino people are now busy buying gifts and groceries in preparation for upcoming Christmas parties and other events.

Most shoppers and employees are taking trains for public transportation to reach their point of destinations.

However, train stations are too crowded during Yuletide season wherein people are busy shopping in malls.

Recently, LRT released the operation schedule for the holiday season 2018 in their 20 stations throughout the Metro Manila.

Starting December 24, 2018 until January 2, 2018, the first trains bound for Baclaran in Manila and Roosevelt in Quezon City will depart around 4:30 am.

Here is the holiday schedule:

  • Dec. 24 – 8pm
  • Dec. 25 – 9:35pm
  • Dec. 26, 27, and 28 – 10pm
  • Dec. 29 and 30 – 9:30pm
  • Dec. 31 – 7pm
  • Jan. 1 and 2 – 9:30pm

Last trains bound for Baclaran will depart at the following times:

  • Dec. 24 – 8:00pm
  • Dec. 25 – 9:45pm
  • Dec. 26, 27, and 28 – 10:15pm
  • Dec. 29, 30, Jan 1, and Jan 2 – 9:45pm
  • Dec. 31 – 7:00 p.m.
